Shipping & Deliver
We endeavor to ship all orders within a maximum of 7 days and require signatures as proof of receipt. Please note that currently we only ship to US and Canada addresses.
We use US Postal service or UPS ship item to you and charge shipping fee accordingly for all the item or service sale here.

All packages require a proof of receipt signature. If no one is available to sign for the item, the couriers should leave a card to say they tried to make a delivery where upon you can phone them and either arrange to collect from your local depot or arrange a second delivery attempt, depending on the courier. As instructed by us, if the couriers can't deliver an item, they are instructed to hold onto it for approximately a week, where upon if the customer still has not got in contact with them, they will then send it back to us (Return to Sender).

Once we have it back, we will then drop you an email to confirm that we've received it back and will usually, depending on the circumstances require a further shipping fee to re-ship it out again.

Privacy & Security
We at Pacmall.net have respect for our client's privacy. Every customers account information is kept in confidence. Our policy insures that we will not sell, distribute, or otherwise publish your personal information to any third party.
We have the appropriate physical and electronic procedures put in place to make sure all the information we collect is safe. These procedures prevent unauthorized access and keeps all of our data accurate.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.
How We Use The Information We Collect

Returns & Replacements

We only supply the highest quality items and believe you will be delighted with your purchase from Pacmall.net. However, for your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 15 day refund promise. If you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us, if it complies with our returns policy below:

Conditions of Returns
If you wish to cancel an order you are welcome to return the item(s) to us within 7 working days from the day that you received the goods. Items will only be accepted if they are:

1. Unused
In the same good condition that they were delivered in (including all protective wrapping if applicable). If you do wish to return an item back to us, you will need to contact us by email first. Once we receive your email, we will reply back to you, giving you clear instructions on how to get the item sent back to us. Any decisions regarding whether a refund is given, will be made by the Customer Services Manager and as such we will need to know in advance that you wish to return an item. Where appropriate, the cost of any items found to be damaged in transit, not in correct working order or missing from an order, (if not replaced like for like,) will be refunded to you within 30 working days of us receiving the items back.

You will be liable for the shipping or and return costs of delivery (Free Shipping customer also need to pay the shipping fee for delivering the item to you) and a full or partial (for free shipping customer) refund for the goods will be made to you within 30 days of cancellation.

2. Item was Faulty
We would ask you to check every item that you receive from us within 7 days of receiving your goods. You must let us know as soon as you become aware of a fault with your purchased product. We will be more than happy to exchange any faulty items that you may receive from us within a reasonable amount of time, preferably within 30 days of receiving the goods. In the unlikely event that you do happen to receive a faulty item, then please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the items to be sent back for exchange or refund.

Please email Customer Services if any problems are found with your new purchase.

3. Incorrect item received
Due to the volume of items sent out each week it is unfortunately possible that an incorrect item will be sent or sent to the wrong address. In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact us as soon as you are aware and we will endeavour to swap the incorrect product that you received with the correct product you ordered as soon as possible.
